All of our transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your transfer. Just send us an email or click the cancellation link on the confirmation email and we will immediately issue a refund.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you coverd. During the booking process we will ask you to provide us with specific flight details. the driver will use this information to monitor your flight for any delays and will be waiting for your group in the arrivals hall of the airport accordingly.
A private transfer is pre-booked, chauffeur driven vehicle reserved exclusively for your party. The drivers of our pre-booked private transfers will wait for you at specific meeting point indicated on your booking confirmation. They will have all of your transfer details beforehand and will deliver your groupe directly to the adress or location indicated by you when making the booking.

you can pay cash to the driver once your journey done. also you can pay by bank card to the driver once your journey done. NOTE : we charge +2€ for bank card payment. and also we accept online secured payment.

How to meet the driver on Arrival? Our driver will standing at the exit of the arrival gate with a sign board with your name on it. How to meet your driver on Departure?
